Franklin County Toastmasters Club Launches New Website
New club officers were inducted at the July meeting.
Club President David Bass gave his speech on brainstorming ideas to build club membership where he led a brainstorming session involving the attendees. One of the recommendations was to create a club website where members and prospective members can learn about the club and share ideas.
Club member Brian Duvall of Duvall Consulting volunteered to donate web hosting, domain registration and to set-up the website for the club.
“I plan on posting club photos when we induct new members, win awards and contests, & members attend Toastmasters conferences,” said Brian Duvall. “We want the club website to also feature the meeting times, locations and agenda for each meeting so members can easily see what’s coming up.”
OnceĀ the site is fully established, there will also be a way for prospects to join the club online.
